The purchase was marked by the signing of a sale and purchase contract by the President
Director of PT DI Gita Amperiawan and the Main Director of PT Karya Logistik Indotama Krishna
Soejitno witnessed by Indonesian Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto and Minister of
National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa.

“Thank God, PT KLI (Karya Logistik Indotama) has just purchased eleven units of aircraft (from
PT DI). This is pride for the nation’s children,” said Prabowo Subianto while attending the
signing ceremony for the sale and purchase contract for 11 units of aircraft between PT DI and
PT KLI at JIExpo, Kemayoran, Jakarta, Thursday.

The total price of the sale and purchase contract for the 11 units of the N219 aircraft is
US$80.5 million.

One unit of this N219 aircraft is planned to be handed over by PT DI to PT Karya Logistik
Indotama in the 28th month after the contract is effective. Then, the second unit up to the
eleventh unit of the aircraft will be handed over in stages every 4 (four) months after the
handover of the first unit.

The company will utilize the N219 aircraft to improve passenger and logistics connectivity in
remote areas to larger airports.
